Animals sleep,
Snow starts to seep,
Threw the cracks,
In the broken windows.
Everywhere you turn,
You have to learn,
To suck up with the rain,
And put up with the pain.
No joy going outside,
You’ll only lose your pride,
By coming in soaked,
Even though your fully cloaked.
Winter is with us,
And despite all the fuss,
It will be brighter soon,
Underneath the gloomy moon.
