Interview with Mrs Kewley

Introduction:
Mrs Kewley is a History teacher at Saint Francis Xavier secondary school. Miss also has a History club on Thursday lunchtime. I am your interviewer (Cate Millar). Together we will find some interesting facts about an interesting teacher.

Mrs Kewley’s ideas:
Interviewer- “What is your favourite thing about teaching?”
Mrs Kewley- “The children, absolutely, working with the children. I also love being passionate about my subject. (and the holidays).”

Interviewer- “What is your least favourite thing about teaching?”
Mrs Kewley- “There’s not enough time for marking, yes not enough time.”

Interviewer- “Be completely honest, do you have a favourite year group to teach? Why?”
Mrs Kewley- “Favourite year group student wise I love Yr7 because you really get to morph and shape them. However, I enjoy teaching the content of GCSE’s.”

Interviewer- “Final question, do you have a favourite day to teach, why?”
Mrs Kewley- “Monday because everybody’s fresh, rested and ready to learn.”

Juicy News:
Her friend got hypnotised to help her be able to diet but it went wrong and it made everything she was going to eat smell like dog poo. Miss has also been a make-up artist for 21 years and specialises in bridal and special effects for TV and film. She managed to incorporate this skill and talent with school by running the special effects make-up club. (Make-up club is on a Monday after school at 3:30 for Yrs 9, 10 and 11).

Conclusion:
So that was the ins and outs of Mrs Kewley and what she thinks about her job. This was Cate Millar reporting from SFX secondary school. More interviews are on their way. Goodbye.
